Why I chose Heir of Fire

There are multiple reasons why I chose Heir of fire By Sarah J. Maas, but I can only point out a few for this post. The first reason I chose the book is it is the third book in the Throne of glass series. As I've said in previous posts I started the books for my summer reading project. That was book 1 throne of glass. By the time I ended book 1 I wanted to read book 2 Crown of Midnight. Both stories were excellent and none of it was boring. Also when you finish book 2 especially It leaves on a cliffhanger. Leading up to book 3 (Heir of Fire) The story has remained captivated to me so I have chosen to keep reading on in the sires.

The Next reason I chose Heir of fire is the story line of the books. Thought the course of all 3 released books (there are going to be more books). The storyline of the books stays interesting and captivating. Thought the books the story actually grows on itself and adds new parts to it to me adding to the overall story and keeping the book interesting. Overall a well written story kept me hooked on the books and is a big reason why I chose to continue reading.

inital thoughts of Heir of fire

Heir of fire third book in the throne of glass sires. and so far it has turned out to be one of those book sires that gets you hooked and you must know what happens. currently Heir of fire is book 3 in the Throne of Glass main sires. The author has written several prequels but I am no where near getting to those books. But I started on the sires during the summer for the summer and took a liking to it. read my first post for more details on that (if you haven't already). But Heir of Fire the book was only just released and after finishing the first 2 books I couldn't just leave the sires at book 2.  In book 2 the author Sarah J. Maas leaves the reader on a cliff hanger and normally I don't like cliff hangars and this is no exception. But  do like how she uses the cliff hangar to lead the reader into the next story.

So what I've read so far in the book is Celaena (our main character) is in a foreign place on a mission from the king. In the first book we learn that Celaena won the king's competition and she now works for him. Anyways the king has sent Celaena on a mission to assassinate the royal family of a rival kingdom so he can take over their country. This particular country the king has never been able to successfully invade and conquer. The plan is for her to pretend like she is escaping the kingdom to this other country. without given too much away its a big plan of deception to get close to the royal family and kill them. but this is as far as I have gotten (with info from book 2) so far. This is shaping up to be another great addition to the Throne of Glass sires and I can't wait to see how this book turns out.

The hobbit

I will admit I have barely had time to read b/c marching band so this post will be shorter. but I did get to reading a bit more about in the hobbit. So far where I am at the group has made it into the mountain. If you know the story the goal it to take back the dwarf kingdom from Smaug the dragon. Currently the group just made it into the mountain and are formulating what to do from there.
I am sorry this post is shorter but I couldn't fund a lot of time to read. Especially this week since its the first competition of the season. Again I'm sorry I couldn't get out a longer more detailed post. But I should be able to get a longer post out next week.
